Frequently asked questions
I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link — check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
I paid to unlock all units but they're still locked.
Try signing out and signing back in — your account should refresh and the units will unlock automatically. If the problem continues, please contact us at accounts@tlquiz.com and include the email address you used to pay.
How do I use a promo or discount code?
When you click to unlock units you'll be taken to the payment page. There's an Add promotion code field on the checkout — enter your code there before completing the payment.
My progress and stats have disappeared.
Make sure you're signed in to your account — stats are saved to your account, not the device. If you were using the site without signing in, those stats won't have been saved. If you're signed in and stats are missing, please contact us at accounts@tlquiz.com.
I think there's an error in a question or answer.
We take accuracy seriously — please email us at info@tlquiz.com with the unit name, the question, and what you think is incorrect. We'll review it promptly and update the question bank if needed.
Can my teacher see my progress?
Yes — you can generate a shareable stats link from your dashboard. Go to See All Stats, scroll to the bottom and click Generate Share Link. Copy the link and send it to your teacher. It always shows your latest stats so your teacher can bookmark it and check back anytime.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, email accounts@tlquiz.com from the email address linked to your account. We'll delete your account and all associated data within a reasonable timeframe.
Is TLQuiz affiliated with the Department for Education or any awarding body?
No. TLQuiz.com is an independent revision resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UK Department for Education, any T Level awarding organisation, or any college or provider.
